Our Rum Baba is built on the tradition of Spanish “Horchata de Chufa” — a creamy, lightly nut-flavoured milk made from soaked and ground tiger-nuts (also called chufa) in Valencia. This artisan base gives Rum Baba its rich texture and subtly sweet depth.

The key ingredient behind our horchata base — the tiger-nut tuber (not a nut at all) — is packed with plant-power: fibre, iron, potassium, magnesium and beneficial oleic acid. By using this as a starting point, Rum Baba ensures every pour is vegan-friendly, nut-free (in the allergen sense), and rooted in whole-food goodness.
